💵 Pay: $13-$16 / Hour. (see pay structure below)
⏰ Full time Schedule: 12pm-10:30pm
⏰ Part Time Schedule: 12pm-5pm or 5pm to 10:30pm

Drip n Dip (dripndipusa.com) is looking for energetic, customer-focused team members who love great desserts and good vibes! Whether you’re behind the counter, prepping tasty treats, or greeting guests with a smile, you’ll help us deliver the sweet experience we’re known for.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:

Create and participate in social media content for the brand.

Deliver friendly, welcoming hospitality to every guest.

Set up, stock, and monitor food and drink stations.

Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items like ice cream rolls, pancakes, crepes, and waffles.

Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Keep the café clean and organized, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.

Take orders accurately and operate the register.

Handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer.
💵 Pay Structure:
- Regular rate is $15 an hour.
- All employees start at $13 hours for 45 days.
- Then $14/hour for another 45 days.
- Then $15/hour.
- Employees who show commitment will be increased to $16/hour after 90 days of the last increase date.
- Salary paid weekly Every Sunday.
- Available Hours : 20-60 hours per week
- Potential earning: $300 a week - $1000 a week
